    About the platform: 1health.io is a Testing as a Service Platform (TaaS) and focused on integrating all labs across the US to provide easy and intuitive testing and reporting to corporate partners. Our platform is agnostic and provides consolidated results and reporting across any and all testing modalities. We have been focused on hyper growth and leveraging our at home DNA test, our at-home covid-19 saliva test, and combo flu/covid test as inroads to new strategic partners.

    The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for their Account Executive partners. This role manages the outbound campaigns of their sales division by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers to successfully position the 1health.io value proposition. You will be the expert on the product and the first line of defense for those looking for a strategic testing partner! SDRs who establish high performance and are strong representations of the 1health.io Core Values have potential for new challenges and career advancement within sales.

    TITLE: Sales Development Representative LOCATION: San Francisco (remote) CONTRACT TERMS: Permanent ANNUAL PAY RATE: 40-50k (commensurate with experience), 85k OTE, uncapped commission START DATE: 12/14

    Responsibilities:

    • Making 80+ outbound phone calls each day
    • Creative outbound prospecting within your named accounts
    • Leveraging sales tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other SaaS productivity tools to effectively target and market to prospective buyers.
    • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
    • Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and challenges they face everyday.
    • This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Head of Sales who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one on ones as well as autonomy to allow you to own your success.
    • Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings
    • Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals
    • Base salary + Commission = uncapped earning potential
