Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Maintain accurate records of care provided

Experience:

• Experience in hospice care, dementia care, or working with individuals with autism is preferred
• Knowledge of social work principles and practices is a plus
• Experience in childcare or direct support is beneficial
• Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting tasks as required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
