JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas.
• May respond to e-mail inquiries.
• Customer service is the primary function. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Communicates more complex information, using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: HS diploma with 6 months- 2 years of experience. May have additional training or education in area of specialization

MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE:

• Difficult callers that yell or even curse
• Sometimes feeling you are doing a thankless job with a lot of focus on errors
• Dealing with the hardships of this emotional business
• Stress
• Pressure to keep call times low
• Repetitious work
• Helping people
• Different people to interact with daily

BUSINESS HOURS: 8:00AM - 7:00PM (8hours shift in between)
