Job Description
1st Choice is in search of two (2) full-time, dedicated and friendly CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES to support our Customer in LIVONIA, MI. The Call Center Representatives will support a high volume, in-bound customer call center on behalf of a local government agency.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas.
May respond to e-mail inquiries.
Customer service is the primary function. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
Communicates more complex information, using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: HS diploma with 6 months- 2 years of experience. May have additional training or education in area of specialization
MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE:
Difficult callers that yell or even curse
Sometimes feeling you are doing a thankless job with a lot of focus on errors

BUSINESS HOURS: 8:15AM - 5:15PM
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THOSE ELIGIBLE WHO ARE UNDER FINAL CONSIDERATION FOR EMPLOYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF CRIMINAL AND EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION. FINGERPRINTING IS REQUIRED.
