    We’re hiring an all-star sales manager to lead our team and help us hit our sales goals. You’ll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and loves taking on new challenges. You must be a licensed real estate broker in both Kansas and Missouri or gain this license within your first 3 months. Responsibilities: Client and Agent Support • Agent Liaison: Act as a support system for real estate agents, assisting with client care and appointment distribution processes • Client Interaction: Ensure high standards of client care are maintained as outlined in the training guide Marketing and Outreach • Marketing Coordination: Support marketing initiatives and ensure the office's market presence is robust and effective • Event Management: Coordinate and oversee company events, ensuring they align with the brand and business objectives Communication and Culture • Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders • Culture Champion: Foster a positive office culture and ensure alignment with the broader company culture and values Technology and Systems Management • System Training: Oversee training in SalesForce, Broker Metrics, and other essential software used within the office • Information Management: Manage access to and the use of Google Docs, calendars, and tracking tools for office efficiency Compliance and Legal • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all team members are compliant with REIN & DPOR Rules & Regulations • Document Control: Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality of all office and personnel records Financial and Performance Monitoring • Reporting: Maintain essential financial and performance trackers such as the Weekly Tracker, Monthly Totals, and Commission Sheets • Budget Management: Oversee office expenses and budget allocations as per the guidelines set by the company Human Resources and Team Coordination • Training and Development: Utilize 1st Class University & 1st Class Coaching for ongoing staff development • Policy Management: Familiarize and manage the Agents Policies & Procedures Manual • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring new agents are introduced and integrated effectively Administrative Management • First Day Setup: Ensure the office manager is set up with necessary equipment and accounts, including a new laptop, a salesforce account, and access to company Google Docs • Documentation: Manage and ensure the completion of the New Employee Packet and the Employee Handbook • Induction Process: Coordinate with the Branch Operations Manager to coach, train, and manage the induction process of new team members Qualifications: • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Missouri & Kansas brokers' license Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
