Responsibilities: • Consult with buyers and sellers in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Primary duties include timely follow-ups via e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM • Write contracts for clients • Work with first time home buyers • List and Market homes for sale • Work with Lenders on getting buyers pre-approved Qualifications: • Show several homes a day • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ at plan Commission
