Job Description

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the existing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment environment and integrating security into the overall development and deployment process.

Responsibilities

• Improve development and operational processes.
• Integrate security into the software development process.
• Monitor packages and containers for security threats.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitLab or similar
• Comprehensive technical expertise in a variety of DevSecOps toolkits, including GitLab (or comparable), Artifactory, Git/Version Control Software, or comparable technologies.
• Experience with programming, scripting languages such as Python and Bash
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related job experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with information security frameworks and standards.
• Knowledge of DevOps Automation (GitLab CICD or GitHub Actions).
