Our client, a digital marketing agency, is establishing a new campaign marketing program. The MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST will partner with Digital Marketing, Account Management, Product, IT and other stakeholders, and will be tasked with for planning, designing, scoping, executing, managing and optimizing cross-channel marketing automation programs and campaigns for their clients.
In addition, this position will be responsible for subscriber management, list management, campaign reporting, automation monitoring, and issue resolution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Become the ‘go to’ person for our client’s marketing automation/CRM platform.
- Set up and ensure appropriate segmentation for email broadcasts and campaigns.
- Design and implement campaign testing and optimization strategies.
- Marketing performance management and reporting.
- Customer & market competitive intelligence and insights.
- Maintain quality and integrity of the database; perform regular de-duping and maintenance procedures.
- Perform analysis and build dashboards to report on campaign, lead, sales, customer and other attributes and performance metrics.
- Drive the assessment, implementation and adoption of all new marketing technologies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, interface with vendors and identify modifications to improve our use and performance of our CRM.
Job Requirements:
