Job Description
We are looking specifically for Loan Originators that have and use their DRE Salesperson License to sell Real Estate as well.
We are offering Licensed dual agents a minimum of 30 refi Leads Per Month whereby a person is actively in the market to Refinance their home and they have been pre-screened as of that day to fit the right Credit Requirements. These are REAL TIME LEADS that are ACTIVELY looking to refinance their home NOW! We are seeking driven Dual Licensed Agents to join our growing Team! We are also looking for Successful agents to build a team of their own!!!!! Newly Licensed Agents will have an opportunity to take part in our company mentorship program.
If you are not currently licensed, we will help you obtain one immediately!

Get over 30 High Quality Real Time Pre-Qualified Leads per month from a company that has spent over $10,000,000.00 dollars on lead generation over the past 10 years for it's Loan Originators.
On going training once per week in regards to working with a CRM. This would include learning how to send out a newsletter, tracking when and how many times individuals have opened your email, sending video texts, creating different marketing bundles, and how to take notes and track all of your different lead avenues. We work specifically with Liondesk.
Real Estate training available every day in the office lead by Scott Preston
Our Training would include contract knowledge, disclosures, strategies and negotiations, lead generation, creating a winning open house, listing appointments and buyer agent consultation training.
