    FINANCIAL ANALYST – ENTRY LEVEL – INTAKE CASE COORDINATOR

    The Financial Analyst uses critical thinking to assess and process the initial customer in-take process and manage customer experience with the Company.

     

    QUALIFICATION

     

    EDUCATION BACKGROUND

    BA or BS in accounting, finance, or related studies.

    Or

    AA or AS degree in accounting, finance, or related studies with 2 years customer service experiences.

    Or

    4 years customer service experiences.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Financial Analyst is the first customer service touch with customers. The Financial Analyst - Intake Case Coordinator is responsible to assist with customer application processing which includes obtaining disclosure consents, verification and obtaining authorizations. Responsibilities as an intake coordinator include gathering customer records, review financial and work histories, and obtaining any information from the customer. Responsible for providing advice and assistance to customer regarding services provided by the Company. Acts as a liaison between customer from initial contact to closing. Strictly follows all practice policies and procedures, including all Nonpublic Information related policies and procedures.

    THIS POSITION REQUIRES DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE OF:

    · basic financial accounting practices and procedures and general business concepts; and

    · Microsoft Office software applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

    THIS POSITION REQUIRES DEMONSTRATED SKILL IN:

    · problem solving and critical thinking;

    · gathering and assimilating information from multiple sources efficiently, and developing clear and concise conclusions;

    · excelling in a team structured work environment; and

    · professional verbal and written communications skills.

    THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO:

    · take the initiative, be a self-starter and accept new challenges;

    · work independently on a variety of high-level, complex administrative duties/issues and technical assignments;

    · establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and the public;

    · organize and prioritize workload.
