  • Responsibilities

    Key Duties:

    • Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange outbound inventory pickups.

    • Collaborate with the support team to address urgent order-related needs such as cancellations, expedited shipments, or special requests.

    • Retrieve proof of deliveries and ensure they are properly saved and organized.

    • Serve as a communication bridge between internal customer support and sales departments.

    • Maintain clear and courteous communication with colleagues and external partners.

    • Process and enter client orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

    • Generate bills of lading (BOLs) as needed.

    • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Ideally, has 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

    • High school diploma or equivalent education required.

    • Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) software is highly desirable.

    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.

    • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and precision.

    • Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
