1st Shift Administrative Distribution Specialist
Key Duties:
Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange outbound inventory pickups.
Collaborate with the support team to address urgent order-related needs such as cancellations, expedited shipments, or special requests.
Retrieve proof of deliveries and ensure they are properly saved and organized.
Serve as a communication bridge between internal customer support and sales departments.
Maintain clear and courteous communication with colleagues and external partners.
Process and enter client orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Generate bills of lading (BOLs) as needed.
Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
Required Skills and Experience:
Ideally, has 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) software is highly desirable.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and precision.
Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
