This position is a contract-to-hire role, meaning you would work as a contractor for a set period (often a few months) before the company decides to offer you a full-time position. Location: Delafield, WI
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $22 - $30 per hour, depending on your experience.
Term: Contract-to-hire
The job requires you to have previous auto repair experience or an auto mechanic certification. The duties are comprehensive and cover many aspects of general vehicle maintenance and repair.
You must have experience with:
Repairing, relining, replacing, and adjusting brakes.
Aligning wheels, axles, frames, torsion bars, and steering mechanisms.
Performing routine maintenance like oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups.
Servicing and repairing air conditioning, heating, engine cooling, and electrical systems.
Testing electrical circuits and components.
Rebuilding parts or components.
Rewiring electrical or electronic systems.
Repairing defective engines or engine components.
Installing vehicle parts or accessories.
