Warehouse Associate (Picking & Packing) – Yoga Apparel
Location: Alliance Area – Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday | 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support distribution operations for, a leading premium yoga apparel brand. This role focuses on order picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Associates play a critical role in ensuring customers receive high-quality products accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Picking & Order Fulfillment
- Accurately pick yoga apparel and accessories using RF scanners or pick lists
- Locate inventory efficiently within assigned warehouse zones
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
Packing & Shipping
- Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit
- Verify order contents for accuracy before sealing shipments
- Label and stage completed packages for outbound shipping
Inventory & Quality Control
- Perform basic quality checks on merchandise
- Report damaged or missing items to leadership
- Assist with cycle counts or inventory audits as needed
General Warehouse Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support additional warehouse functions as assigned
Work Environment
- Non-climate-controlled facility (exposure to heat in summer and cold in winter)
- Fast-paced production environment with daily performance goals
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for 10+ hours per shift
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Basic technology skills (RF scanner experience is a plus)

- Shift: Sunday – Wednesday
- Hours: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
