About the Position: MLC Manufacturing is looking for a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Material Handler to join our team. This role is a key part of daily production flow—moving material, scanning products, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate hi-lo/forklift safely and efficiently

Load and unload steel trucks

Perform barcoding, tagging, and scanning of parts to next operations

Move raw material and finished product throughout facility

Assist with general warehouse and shop floor organization

Follow safety standards and production procedures

Requirements:

Prior hi-lo/forklift experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
