Join Our Team as a QROC (Hydraulic Dept) Coordinator!

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QROC Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be the central point of contact for our production process, ensuring seamless collaboration between various departments, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales. Your ability to manage and update production data, track projects, and provide excellent customer service will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• MRP System Management: Set up new item numbers, create Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manage production routes in our MRP system, AX 365.

• Production Coordination: Release work orders, coordinate with teams for outside production, and manage product change requests.

• **Customer & Project Tracking:**Track customer projects and provide timely updates to sales and customer service representatives.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Attend production meetings and work closely with all levels of staff to ensure manufacturing priorities are met.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Project management experience is preferred.

This is a 1st shift, Monday-Friday role paying $25-$28/hr.
