Looking for a steady daytime security position with a great team? Join us as a Security Officer and help keep our community safe, welcoming, and secure.

Our Security Officers are more than a security presence. They assist residents and guests, respond to incidents, patrol the property, and help ensure day-to-day operations run safely and smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Monitor entrances and verify access
• Patrol the community by vehicle and on foot
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity
• Monitor CCTV and security systems
• Assist residents, guests, and visitors
• Complete incident and activity reports
• Help with traffic control and emergency situations
• Enforce community safety and security policies professionally

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable working outdoors and responding to emergencies
• Available to work assigned weekends and holidays

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, but training can be provided.
