We are looking to hire outside sales reps who are passionate about building and maintaining those lasting relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cold call prospective clients
• Warm call existing accounts
• 350 sales calls weekly (phone activity)
• Schedule business to business meetings with new clients and bring in new job orders
• Attend monthly networking events
• Attend Team meetings
• Works with Recruiters to get job orders filled

SALES REQUIREMENTS

• Good organizational abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well independently and in teams
• Able to handle confidential material in a reliable and professional manner
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance

• Weekly commission independent from base salary not contingent on client pay. Paid based on client billings
