Shift Details: The schedule rotates using a Pitman schedule: Mo, Tu, Fr, Sa one week, then Su, We, Th the following week.

· Eli Lilly Screening - Set up by WM – Drug screen and background screen
Job Summary
Material Handlers move recyclable material through the facility, conduct material grading, and evaluate for sale destination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Moves material through the facility with the use of material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, handcarts) as required.
· Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
· Load compactors and trailers.
· Operate baler.
· Decontaminate containers prior to being placed in production.
· Uses PC tablets to dispense and receive information such as part numbers, quantities, locations, comments, etc.
· Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
· Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
· Properly documents work performed.
· Conducts material audits.

None required
Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Education
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Experience
Zero to four years previous experience.
Work Environment/Key Interactions
· Required to use motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity.
· Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 50 pounds frequently.
· Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Normal setting for this job is in a waste building at a pharmaceutical facility. The environment is temperature controlled.
· Will be exposed to a physical environment, which involves power equipment and noise, most of the workday.
