Forklift / Reach Operator

1st Shift Mon-Fri 8am-430pm
$19 an hour+overtime+benefits
long term contract

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, reach trucks, order pickers) to load/unload trailers, handle pallets, and move shipments within the warehouse
• Pick, verify, and pack orders accurately, and prepare shipments following standard operational procedures
• Conduct pre- and post-operational equipment inspections, and report any defects
• Receive, register, and organize inventory into designated storage locations
• Palletize and shrink-wrap as needed to secure loads
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; follow K+N safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties, as directed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience (Crown, sit-down, reach-truck, order picker etc.)
• Valid forklift certification (preferred or provide upon hire)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varied shifts
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
