Over the years, the product focus has transitioned from predominately fresh fish to a healthy mix of fresh and frozen seafood. We cater to a wide range of customers, from Retail to Bar & Grill, Sushi to American Steakhouse, or from small ‘Mom and Pop’ stores to a large National Chain.
Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment.
Clean floors, walls, drains, vents, and other production areas.
Operate sanitation tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely.
Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces and dispose of waste properly.
Complete daily and master cleaning sheets.
Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies, PPE, and special projects.
Work independently and follow safety and food-safety procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ year experience in food manufacturing or sanitation preferred.
Knowledge of HACCP and chemical safety (HACCP certification a plus).
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work different shifts as needed.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 9pm-5:30am
