Two ALL Girls Group Home Managers Needed ASAP (Mesa)

compensation: $23/hour or Salary (Depending on Experience) employment type: contract

OPEN SHIFTS INCLUDE: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

PLUS BENEFITS: Health Insurance and 401K plan (After 90 days)

***Managers are responsible for covering their teams shifts. We expect you to manage your house and hire your staff. We have staff currently in place, but you are able to build your own team. DO NOT apply for this position if you are not able to work all shifts and be accessible 24/7. This job requires commitment. Good news is, there is a lot of room for advancement. We are looking for strong company-minded team leaders.

Have you ever wanted to make a difference in a young adult's life? Try working for Brothers and Keepers where we mentor troubled teens that live in our residential group homes. All our homes have 10 kids that reside at the facility. You will be required to keep kids safe, teach them independent living skills, mentor and encourage them to make successful decisions. We are looking for motivating, creative-minded, fitness-driven people!!! You need to be able to motivate kids to do better and not just be a drill sergeant. Most of these teens struggle with substance abuse and behavioral issues.

All of our youth come from the Department of Child Safety (DCS)
