Supporting children with meals, diapering, potty learning, naps, and daily routines
Encouraging language development, communication, and early problem-solving skills
Helping children develop friendships, cooperation, and positive social skills
Leading hands-on activities through art, music, stories, movement, and play
Helping children recognize and manage big feelings in age-appropriate ways
Encouraging independence with everyday tasks and classroom routines
Following our curriculum and creating engaging learning experiences
Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Keeping the classroom clean, organized, and safe
