    Job Description

    General Responsibility: Business Analysts are responsible for: the administration and integrity of all database and business applications, IT application project management, Development and Extending of ERP Applications in Low-code No-code programing environment, analysis of business transaction workflow, writing developer specifications, business application software testing, training, implementation, continuing process improvement, and user support desk. Significant Duties: · Writing, managing, and reviewing business standard operating procedures (SOPs). · Training new users in the application of SOPs. · Documenting flow of business transactions using an application like Microsoft Visio in various company departments · Writing applications in Nextbot low-code, no-code development · Gathering user requirements and writing developer programming specifications · Communicating requirements to developers and managing development process · Testing business systems and program modifications for correctness and completeness of transaction processing functions as well as overall system capabilities · Troubleshoot software application technical issues employees are experiencing in business applications in any of the company divisions · Daily observation of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and improving business processes. · Meet with Department heads, managers, supervisors, any system user, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve business applications problems or shortcomings · Interacting with ERP Vendor personnel, programmers, and other technology-related personnel · Perform project management functions for business application projects · Believes in and champions 20/20's core values and inspires others to do the same. · Other duties as assigned Requirements/Qualifications · BS in Business or Computer Science preferred · 3 - 5 years' experience in ERP and HRIS implementation, preferably Construction Industry · Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with business users, and technical support. * Must be able to use critical thinking to effectively solve issues · Ability to communicate well, motivate personnel, listen to feedback, and eventually delegate responsibilities. · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills · Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. * Self-motivated and follows direction of supervisors, but also able to work without constant direct supervision * Excellent verbal/ written communications skills * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex content and documents. * Safety oriented and quality driven * Position requires the ability to travel to all of 20/20 business locations * California Class C Driver License, with good DMV record is required. Physical Requirements: The position of Business Analyst requires that you are able to lift objects that weigh up to 15 pounds, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Ability to sit long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms. Company Description New Construction, installation of Plumbing and HVAC systems.
