About the Role:

Caring Companions, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time CNA to join our team in Windsor, CT. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Your Scheduled Shift Options: Option #1: Monday-Friday: 9am-12pm AND 4pm-7pm Options #2: Monday-Friday: 9am-12pm OR 4pm-7pm Option #3: Saturday and Sunday: 9am-12pm and/or 4pm-7pm

You will be assisting with incontinence care, bathing, dressing, laundry, transportation, companionship, safety supervision. *Must be okay with a small dog.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities.

Monitor and document patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.

Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Engage patients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

Current Connecticut CNA certification is preferred

Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lift and move patients safely.

Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Basic CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
