As Program Manager - Training and Development, you will own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs supporting the Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) Center of Excellence. This includes development of the overall program strategy as well as tactically delivering on program objectives. Program Managers will own end-to-end project, change, and budget management of assigned programs including development of KPI reporting, providing visibility of status, milestones, and performance across all projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Org Psychology/Development/Leadership, I/O Psychology or related discipline; Masters Degree preferred
Five (5) years of progressive experience in program management in the areas of talent, learning, leadership development, change management, and/or organizational behavior
