The Managing Director of Cloud Enterprise Architecture directs the planning and implementation of strategic global initiatives in addition to the guidance and mentoring of other team members in the successful support of their responsibilities. Integrates the delivery of client service, both internal and external, by multiple work groups to ensure that current and evolving client needs are met. Develops strategic business plans and goals for a large staff or functional unit. Identifies complex business needs and cutting edge solutions that require full integration of the company's strategies. Drive improvements to the pre-sales and post-sales service processes. Provides leadership for staff, work teams. and task forces in broad functional/process areas to solve complex and diverse issues.

10+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of proven leadership experience in managing a technical team with expertise in Contact Center Services, Unified Communications Services, and Cloud Migration and Third Party Software Integrations
