Opportunity for an R&D Engineer to report to the Product Development Manager in our Global Rigid Paper Technology team.  You will be managing a portfolio of projects and ensure it is aligned with the business priorities, formulating and executing major product development programs and leading a multifunctional team through the stage-gate process, identify the resources that are needed, allocate tasks, prioritize, and make himself/herself and the team members accountable for delivering.

Have an undergraduate degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Paper Science, Material Science, Chemistry, or similar (required), 5+ years of experience in research and development/ product development/ innovation and 5+ years of project management experience, leading cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization
