Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Analyst. This position will be virtual/telework with possibility of future onsite assignments and requiring to be close to a Northrop Grumman east coast site (i.e. Baltimore, Northern VA). This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities with the 1st rotation supporting:

• Cobra, Open Plan and PM Compass tool support, maintaining security and global reports
• Developing common standard reports for reporting
• Develop and implement any training for the Deltek PM Compass tool
• Actual Loads to Deltek Cobra and notification
• Support Budget Analyst using Deltek Cobra with their projects
• Varying Responsibilities based on stakeholder demand

Basic Qualifications:

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited institution and majoring in Business Management or related discipline
• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
• US citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher

Salary Range: (55,400 - 83,000)
