Customer Operations is seeking students with a 3.0+ GPA with the following Major(s) and from one of the listed accredited Colleges or Universities below.

Major: Information Technology or related field

College or University: University of Connecticut, Fairfield University, or Quinnipiac University

This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. It’s a full-time, 10-week commitment from May 31, 2023 through August 4, 2023.

Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will offer experience in:

• Support the design, build, and test phases for contextualized service experiences enablement and operations team

• Translate high-level business requirements into functional requirement document specifications for business rule design and configuration

• Gather, refine, and validate business requirements, interdependencies, and potential risks or issues

• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
