Our 2023 Future leaders League formerly known as UniGame allows you to play to win in a virtual competition with us April 10. Future Leader’s League is a business case competition for undergraduate and graduate level students. The challenge calls for innovative proposals to help us tackle real business needs. We give you the business challenge and you give us your creative solutions. Participation alone offers all participants career advice, resume tips and networking opportunities. If your solution ranks 1st place…..you also win cash prizes and a spot in our global Future Leader’s League competition held in July. Winners of the global round are sent to One Young World.

CRITERIA To Participate:

• Current university or college student (any level, any school, any major)

• Capability and willingness to be assigned to a team of 3 

• Creativity and passion for high performance

• Strong presentation skills

Develop a business case to speak to how Unilever can efficiently, effectively, and most sustainably conquer one of the following:

1. Get 40% digital penetration with our brands over a 3 year timeframe 

2. Deepen penetration with black consumers across Amazon, Walmart and Target 

3. Attract talent into our US Factories in today’s employment landscape 

4. How to capture Multicultural (Textured) Hair Care Sales in the US Marketplace, but specifically in the Value Channel (Dollar General, Family Dollar, etc.) and Independent Beauty Channel (e.g. independently owned beauty supply stores).

5. Free Choice - Have a unique idea for Unilever? Share it. We look forward to hearing your creative and innovative recommendation

COVID-19 changed the reality we live in and we had to adapt to the new rules. Future Leader’s League 2022 will be held in a virtual format which proved as a successful and safe model of the event.
