Playing a key role in the Medical Field Sales team for your first rotation, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with some of our largest customers. You'll build trust. You'll educate. You'll innovate. You'll help them display merchandise more effectively or promote new lines. You'll be at the front-end for promotional campaigns. You'll understand your customers and help them to sell our products. This program is within the Nutrition business, supporting brands like Enfamil.

LONG DESCRIPTION

The STEP Rotational Roles start in July 2023.

This is a 3-year Future Leadership Rotational Program.

Year 1 - Field Sales Territory Manager: this is a retail role based in various territories across the US. This role is not office-based: you will be calling on stores and working out of your car and residence.

Year 2 & 3 - Sales Analyst, Trade Marketing Analyst, Junior Key Account Manager, or other. These positions are office-based. Locations of possible Sales Offices include Evansville, IN and Parsippany, NJ.

Throughout the 3 years, you will receive various core trainings, and support from the Reckitt Early Careers Learning & Development Team.

US ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree completed by June 2023

• Valid US Driver's License required

• Personal automobile available for each rotation required

• Must be open to relocation throughout the country throughout all 3 years of the program. Relocation assistance is provided.

• Sales Experience preferred

• Financial Acumen preferred
