    AT A GLANCE:

    You’re a motivated rising Junior or Senior with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a degree in one of the following areas listed below from an accredited college or university:

    Bachelor's degree, Analytics, IT or related field, and/or equivalent experience

    This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field of choice. It’s a full-time, 10-week commitment from May 31, 2023 through August 4, 2023.

    WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

    As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 31st, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

    INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

    • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

    • Creates and or coordinates local, regional and Enterprise reporting and distribution. Assists ROC leadership in decomposing reports to identify actionable areas of opportunity to improve business results.

    • Validates the accuracy of data and compliance with the defined ROC processes.

    • Provides leadership with summary analysis of results and assists in preparation of reporting or presentation materials as needed.

    • Partners with cross-functional teams to coordinate Field Engineering reporting and/or data documentation for new initiatives.

    • Ensures consistent data integration across key support systems and compliance with ROC and Field Engineering standards, policies, and procedures.

    • Assists with local relevant dashboard, scorecard data accumulation, report preparation and distribution to stakeholder teams.

    • Audits support systems to ensure data integrity.

    • Participates on conference calls with various internal and external parties to meet critical dates and work through the barriers to production or solution.

    • Processes feedback, working with SME or enterprise partners and leadership team to standardize and modify tools, processes and procedures to maximize effectiveness.

    • As such, the Intern in this role will be responsible for creating reports and dashboards by gathering and understanding customer requirements, data query dashboard creation and documentation. This will require work across multiple cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner.

    HERE’S WHAT IT TAKES TO GET STARTED:

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

    • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program

    • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program

    • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for Charter Sponsorship

    • Ability to work in a team environment

    • Oral and written skills

    • Organizational skills

    • Problem solving abilities

    • Proficient in Software including SharePoint Adobe, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

    • Ability to analyze a complex problem, gather data, present findings, and make recommendations

    • Familiarity with communications industry, and/or technologies is desired

    The pay for this position has a salary range of $23.65 to $49.40. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
