The Swim Squad provides private swim lessons and private party lifeguarding services at home pools throughout New Jersey. Clients hire us, and instructors & lifeguards travel to houses to teach and lifeguard. You must have your own transportation for this position.

We are currently seeking swim instructors & lifeguards in the Manahawkin, NJ area.

Requirements

• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Have at least 2 years experience teaching swim lessons
• Have at least 1 year experience lifeguarding
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients pool location
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification for Instructors
• Valid Lifeguard certification for lifeguarding
• Professional, courteous and enthusiastic towards clients
• Have an energetic, fun personality when working with children
• You must acquire your own swim instruction and lifeguarding equipment
• Must be 18+ years or older
