What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

Through the Spectrum Internship Program, Sales Operations will fully incorporate interns into high-performing teams to undertake impactful projects while providing them with ongoing mentorship and development opportunities. We are seeking critical thinkers with excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills who will thrive in a respectful, collaborative environment that values high standards and effectiveness.
The Sales Operations Data Analyst Intern Role: Sales Operations Data Analysts develop evidence-based business strategies using critical thinking, data analysis techniques, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R). In this role you will gain experience extracting insights from data to solve complex problems, and providing actionable recommendations that have a meaningful impact on business processes and performance. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded analyst with proficiency in acquiring, managing, mining and visualizing data, as well as the ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
