Job Summary: This position provides support for the Admissions Department, oversees the Student Field trips, and any other related school Administration needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Admissions: • Assist in fulfilling internal and external communication needs for Admissions • Manage communication needs for the school as directed • Coordinate tasks with the Admissions Director that assist in the efficient enrollment of students (1 Corinthians 14:40) • Answer voicemails and emails left for the Admissions Department as directed, in a timely manner (Colossians 4:6) • Facilitate school tours for perspective families (Acts 20:28) • Complete change forms and check requests • Help with placement testing and school events • Track parent volunteer hours

Job Skills and Competencies: • Working knowledge of google software • Comfortable with social media platforms • Strong spelling, grammar, and typing skills • Attention to detail • Ability to write with a provided style guide • Takes initiative, manages tasks independently, and delivers results with minimal supervision
