Reports To: Gatorade® Manager
Pay Rate: $11.00 or applicable state minimum wage (if higher)
 SUMMARY:
As a Gatorade® Team Leader, you will be employed by Paragon Marketing Group, LLC (“Paragon”), which manages the Gatorade® Sports Program (the “Gatorade® Program”). In this position, you will assist in executing the Gatorade® Program at the University to which you are assigned, which will include properly distributing Gatorade® products and mixing Gatorade® at designated locations; transporting Gatorade® product and premiums to camp locations; dispensing Gatorade® product to summer camp attendees; and being available to answer questions of Camp Directors and parents of camp attendees.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Attend all required training 
- Assist in managing the inventory and storage of Gatorade® product and premiums 
- Deliver talking points (as provided by Paragon) to athletes as they receive the Gatorade® products 
- Be available to answer questions of Camp Directors, parents, and camp athletes 
- Manage product mixing areas, which should be neat and clean at all times
- Help maintain Gatorade® distribution areas, which should be neat, clean, and ready at specified times for summer sports camp attendees 
- Transport product and premiums to camp site locations 
- Mix and dispense Gatorade® product for summer sports camp attendees 
- Distribute Gatorade® products at appropriate times and appropriate temperature 
- Notify your manager when product and premiums are running low 
- Communicate with your manager regarding scheduling 
- Clean on-site Gatorade® stations, product mixing areas, and equipment daily 
- Assist with the delivery of product and premiums 
- Return items to proper storage area at the end of each day 
- Report to your manager promptly if any issues arise affecting Gatorade’s®  involvement in summer sports camps 
- Perform additional tasks and duties as may be assigned and/or needed to execute the Gatorade® Program

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED preferred; Athletic Training Certificate preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to: lift and carry 10-15 pounds, ride in a golf cart or gator vehicle, and move about assigned university campus, in and around sometimes crowded work areas, and to summer sports camps sites
