GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE
This summer, Dole Fresh Fruit Company is looking for five highly career-driven undergraduate seniors for their exciting Internship Program. For 10 weeks, students will develop/document RPAs (Robotic Process Automations) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) to be implemented in each department. Students will also be challenged with daily tasks specific to their department and travel to a Dole facility!
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
Sales
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as in a team environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Information Technology
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Managing/Coordinating projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Finance
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic IT knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Operations
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Project Management
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Terminals
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Project Management
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- Able to work in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Required Skills
WORK HOUR & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- May 19th-July 25th
- Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Subject to change if in ports) Fully on-site
- Students must be able to present proof of identification to work in the United States.
