- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and student data systems

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience teaching or tutoring secondary-level ELA and/ or math, preferably with SAT or college readiness focus
- Candidates must demonstrate SAT content proficiency through one or more of the following:
- SAT score of 1150+ (or equivalent ACT score), or Successful completion of a KIPP Indy SAT content assessment demonstrating college-ready benchmarks
- Demonstrated success preparing students for standardized assessments
- Experience in a college access, college counseling, or college readiness program
- Experience supporting first-generation or historically underserved students

Additional Information
Licensed teacher starting at $50,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a highly competitive benefits package. Opportunities for performance-based bonuses are also available.
