    Associate General Dentist (New Grad / Resident) — Raleigh, NC

    Confidential, Doctor-Led Private Group | Part-Time to Start (2–3 Days/Week) | Growth to Full-Time Within 12 Months | No Partnership Track

    You'll start part-time (2–3 days/week) with a clear path to full-time within ~12 months , in a modern, efficient private group setting with strong patient demand, strong collections performance, and a team that knows how to help early-career dentists ramp confidently.

    Schedule

    • Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
    • Preferred: Wednesday–Friday
    • Practice Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
    • Growth Path: option to expand to full-time within 12 months

    Compensation & Employment

    • 30%–32% of collections (tiered)
    • 99% RCM / Collections Rate
    • Daily guarantee for first 90 days (negotiable)
    • W-2 or 1099 options
    • No lab or supply fees when using preferred vendors

    Clinical Scope & Technology

    You'll be supported in bread-and-butter dentistry while also having room to grow into higher-skill procedures as you're ready.

    Preferred clinical interests (in addition to restorative + surgery):

    • Endodontics
    • Implants

    Technology & tools:

    • No CBCT
    • iTero Intraoral Scanner
    • Invisalign
    • Rotary Endo System (Brasseler)
    • Lab Fab
    • Implant system planned for purchase ( Straumann Neodent )

    Ideal Candidate (New Grad / Resident Focus)

    • 2026/2027 graduating DDS/DMD or GPR/AEGD resident (or recent grad)
    • Licensed in NC or license-eligible
    • Solid fundamentals in restorative dentistry; motivated to improve speed and efficiency
    • Interested in expanding into endo and implants over time (experience is a plus, not required)
    • Team-first communicator who values patient relationships and continuity of care
