The Opportunity
The Value Realization Insights Intern will support Adobe’s efforts to understand, measure, and scale customer value through data and insights. This role is designed for students who are excited to solve real business problems using analytics and who are passionate about telling clear, compelling stories with data.
As an intern, you will work under the guidance of experienced mentors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data, uncover insights, and support initiatives that improve customer outcomes and retention. This role emphasizes learning, skill development, and exposure to how data informs decision-making at scale.
What You’ll Do
Analytics & Problem Solving
Support analysis of customer adoption, usage, and retention data to identify patterns and opportunities related to customer value
Assist in building and maintaining reports or dashboards that help teams understand customer behavior
Apply structured problem-solving approaches to ambiguous questions, using data to test hypotheses and draw conclusions
Help identify early indicators of customer success and risk across value programs
Data Storytelling & Insights
Translate analytical findings into clear summaries, visuals, or presentations tailored to different audiences
Contribute to insight narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions could improve customer outcomes
Support the creation of executive-ready materials that communicate insights with clarity and focus
Customer-Focused Execution
Maintain a strong customer-first mindset when analyzing data and framing insights
Support initiatives aimed at improving customer adoption, value realization, and retention
Help ensure insights are grounded in real customer behaviors and measurable outcomes
Collaboration & Learning
Partner with team members across Customer Success, Strategy, Product, and Analytics
Learn Adobe’s frameworks for measuring customer value and success
Participate in intern learning programs, mentorship, and team rituals
What You Need to Succeed
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business , Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical curiosity and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
Ability to communicate insights clearly through written summaries, visuals, or presentations
Interest in customer experience, digital products, and data-driven decision making
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
