How to research and brainstorm new group initiatives, theme nights and more

How our sales/service department operates and how to market and sell ticket packages

Produce qualified sales leads through prospecting and research

The role of customer service, client relations, and fan interaction in a professional sports environment

You will participate in a hybrid setting; projects and trainings will take place both remotely as well as in our office at Sports Illustrated Stadium

_ Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends). You are expected to work all home games throughout the internship._
