EXPERIENCE LOAN PROCESSOR 2 YEARS +

• Bilingual English & Spanish
• Knowledge of Calix Point software
• WPM between 38 and 40 words per minute
• Handle 15-30 files on pipeline
• Excellent Written Skills
• Excellent communication skills with underwriters, funders A/E, etc.
• Excellent Customer Services
• Proficient in word, excel, and PowerPoint

LOAN PROCESSING EXPERTISE IN:

• Conforming and Nonconforming
• FHA
• VA
• CalHFA
• USDA
• CONVENTIONAL
• COMMERCIAL

Review and submit all loan files to underwriting, supplying status updates to Loan Officers, real estate agents, escrow title, etc... ensure communication throughout the entire loan process. Maintain compliance and company policies, underwriting guidelines, and lending - Programs requirements.
