POSITION: Leasing Financial Accountant

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full time

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

SCHEDULE: 8a-5p Mon- Fri

PERIOD: 07/14/2025 to 12/04/2025

PAYRATE: $27.97 an hour paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and various financial reports
• Analyze trends in costs, revenues, and financial obligations to forecast future performance
• Report financial performance to leadership and provide recommendations on tax strategies, budgeting assumptions, and resource optimization
• Assist with bookkeeping and multi-departmental reporting needs
• Interpret and review detailed financial documents and data sets
• Make informed decisions based on financial analysis and company objectives
• May provide guidance or oversight to junior team members
• Collaborate with managers and executives on financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and regulatory requirements
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage complex and varied tasks independently
• Excellent analytical, reading comprehension, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making
• Experience reporting to senior leadership is a plus
• Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving are highly valued

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
