Position: Operations Specialist (Level III)

Location: Pennington, NJ (Hybrid 3days in office, 2 days remote)

Contract: 12/22/2025- 06/21/2025, potential for extension or perm placement

Shift: M-F, 40 hours a week 8am to 5pm

Pay Range: $22.29/hour paid weekly.

Operations Analyst
Job Description: This position is an Operations Analyst role within the Wealth Management Performance Operations group. This group is responsible for maintaining timely and accurate reporting of client performance returns for the Private Bank network. The firm houses client data on a custodial platform (PACE), which feed client account activity into a vendor platform, First Rate, which is used for completing performance measurement and analytics. The analyst will support the network of Portfolio Managers and other Private Bank personnel with all aspects related to performance measurement and reporting.

Responsibilities:
\- Review and validate performance data and returns on performance platforms
\- Supports Private Bank inquiries
Required Skills:
\- Previous experience supporting an operational function at a financial institution
\- Knowledge of investment products and vehicles
\- Previous customer service experience
\- Intermediate proficiency in excel required

Desired Skills:
\- Relevant coursework in finance a plus
\- Previous experience working for a broker dealer or supporting a financial advisory team
\- High level of attention to detail

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
