POSITION: Collateral Analyst ( Assist Based Lending)
Duration: 12/29/2025- 12/28/2026
LOCATION: Plano, TX(Hybrid 3 days a week onsite)
SCHEDULE: 40/HRS Week 8am-5pm CST
PAY RANGE: $32.07 an hour paid weekly

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collateral Analyst with strong mathematical, accounting, and analytical skills to support our Asset Based Lending (ABL) portfolio. This role is responsible for analyzing client Accounts Receivable and Inventory data to determine collateral eligibility, identify risks, and ensure accurate data flow across lending systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Accounts Receivable and Inventory to determine eligible collateral in accordance with Credit Agreements

• Evaluate client trends across A/R, A/P, and Inventory to identify anomalies or risk indicators

• Review client loan support documentation and escalate potential risks

• Clearly communicate findings and analysis to business partners and clients

• Extract, format, and upload client reporting data for multiple lending lines of business

• Review client file submissions for completeness and ensure correct file formats

• Coordinate with internal Servicing teams to obtain missing or incomplete documentation

• Partner with Servicing teams to ensure accurate data extraction

• Create and update formulas within data extraction tools to support file uploads into analytical applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills

• Accounting experience (A/R, A/P, inventory analysis preferred)

• Data and financial analysis experience

• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, formatting, data manipulation)

• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly

• High attention to detail and ability to identify irregularities in financial data

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
