    FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full Time 40 hours a week

    LOCATION: College Park, GA

    SCHEDULE: Thursday- Sunday 7:30pm - 6:00am (Training – Sunday thru Wednesday; 7:30P – 6:00A)

    ASSIGNMENT: 02/09/2026 to 02/08/2027 (temp to hire)

    PAY RANGE: $18 hourly paid weekly.

    Job Summary

    The Image Capture Associate is responsible for the day-to-day scanning, imaging, and processing of customer and client documents using high-speed scanning equipment. This role supports accurate document capture, exception handling, and record retention while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, production-driven environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform daily operation and routine maintenance of OPEX scanning equipment
    • Scan and image documents received via U.S. mail, overnight carriers, and local couriers
    • Ensure documents are captured accurately and in accordance with department guidelines
    • Identify and resolve document exceptions, including:
    • Cash, credit card payments, and foreign items
    • Nested transactions and self-mailers
    • Express envelopes, correspondence-only items, and large-volume transactions
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment errors or system messages
    • Perform document retention and box proration activities to maintain accurate records
    • Operate high-speed scanning machinery in a continuous production environment
    • Sit for prolonged periods while maintaining productivity and accuracy
    • Lift, move, and organize boxes, trays, and racks of work up to 25 lbs

    Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

    • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, PCI, and other applicable regulatory requirements
    • Proactively identify and manage risk using established Risk Frameworks
    • Follow all company policies, procedures, and security standards
    • Stay informed of business priorities, updates, and operational changes
    • Demonstrate behaviors that align with company values and culture

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Prior experience in:
    • Document scanning, imaging, or mailroom operations (preferred)
    • High-volume production or operations environments
    • Ability to understand and differentiate multiple transaction and document types
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet productivity expectations
    • Comfortable working onsite and handling repetitive tasks

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
    • Ability to lift/move materials up to 25 lbs
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment

    Working Conditions:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
    • Use of computers and technology
