Position: Operations Specialist (Commercial Cards)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid when training is over)

Assignment: ASAP start needed – 03/29/2027 (possible temp to hire)

Pay Range: $21.03 hourly, paid weekly.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm local time

Job Description
Servicing Commercial Card clients for phone and email requests with inquiries into their commercial card program using technological advance platforms Associate will be responsible for troubleshooting multiple applications. Must have strong working knowledge of Excel, data analytics, and problem solving. Ability to adapt to ever changing environment while being able to assess high risk functions. Must be able to prioritize, plan and execute task

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
