This is a 10-month position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

Valid Indiana License as a SPED Teacher

Experience working in an urban setting

Essential Key Functions:

A SPED Case Manager will perform the following duties:

Replacement for SPED teacher as needed

Write Initial IEPs

Write Move-in IEPs

IEP Monitoring

Notice of Case Conference

Draft IEPs

Expirations

Re-evaluations

Implementation

Corrections

CC Notetaking

Suspension Tracking

Attendance Tracking

TOR Replacement

Work as a team member

Attend all required staff meetings

Other functions assigned by supervisor

Follow all school policies

Dress professionally
