Position: Commercial Banking Operations Specialist

Location: Columbia, SC (hybrid role)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30am- 4pm EST
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)

Pay Rate: $19.78 an hour paid weekly

This will be a production role:

The Credit Imaging Team is responsible for reviewing and uploading credit related documents (e.g. financial statements) to the Electronic Document Repository (EDR). A Credit Imaging Associate identifies credit documents presented in a variety of formats and extracts key pieces of information from them for proper indexing/labeling. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the bank’s Universal Document Listing is critical to ensuring upload accuracy. In addition to uploading documents in an accurate and timely manner associates maintain the data integrity of information within EDR.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
• Strong knowledge/familiarity of Business Financials.
• Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Word preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Familiarity of the Electronic Document Repository (EDR) and ImageTrust.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology
