Position: Operations Specialist (Commercial Loan Administration)

Location: Saint Louis, MO

Assignment: 8/31/2026- 8/30/2027

Pay Range: $21.03 hourly, paid weekly.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm or 7:30am- 4:30pm (Manager is Flexible with either or)

Fully Onsite: Please note that this role is required 5 days in office

Potential candidate is responsible for supporting commercial loan administration and collateral management activities. This role focuses on maintaining accurate collateral records, processing updates within servicing systems, establishing, and maintaining ticklers, preparing loan documentation, researching and resolving credit exceptions, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong accuracy and service levels.

Technical Skills

• Experience with loan servicing or loan administration processes
• Collateral management experience preferred
• Documentation review and preparation
• Tickler management and monitoring
• Research and exception resolution
• Data entry and system navigation
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial banking, loan operations, loan servicing, or collateral management experience.
• Familiarity with loan documentation and commercial lending terminology.
• Experience researching and resolving credit exceptions.
• Experience working in fast-paced operations environments.
• Knowledge of LIQ or similar loan servicing systems preferred

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
